JONATHAN SINDALL (CHAIR)

Jonathan has been chair since June 2005 and a voluntary driver for CCT since 2004. He runs his own business training consultancy, spending thirty percent of his time travelling overseas. Jonathan has lived in Cheltenham for twenty years, prior to which he lived in Singapore. Jonathan was previously Chair of the Governors of Glenfall Primary School where, he says, he had plenty of experience in dealing with local authorities.

CAROLINE BROOKES

In July 2003, Caroline organised and ran a volunteer recruitment fair to help raise awareness of volunteering in Gloucestershire. This led to Caroline’s increased involvement with the volunteer centre, and she became a trustee in 2004.

Caroline Brookes is a professionally qualified Marketing Consultant, running her own business, Conscious Management, undertaking projects for clients in both the private and voluntary sectors, including market research, strategic reviews, business planning and customer perception studies. Caroline is vice captain and welfare officer for a leading netball club in Cheltenham and also enjoys swimming, yoga, jogging and skiing. Caroline has recently completed an Honours degree in Psychology.

CHRIS RYDER

A Cheltonian, former GCHQ employee and a self employed local business person for the last 21yrs, Chris has been a Parish councillor since 1998, and was elected into local government 1999.

Chris is, in a private capacity, also a trustee of CAB Cheltenham, Cirencester and Tewkesbury as well as serving as a local community school Governor. Chris is very active locally including as Chair of Cheltenham In Bloom (CIB) and Tidy Cheltenham Group (TCG).

JONQUIL NAISH

Jonquil has been a member of the Management Committee for more than 5 years. She has worked in a wide range of voluntary organisations both as a volunteer and in a paid capacity. These include: Shelter, (running the Shelter Cheltenham Office), Cheltenham Housing Aid Centre, The Gloucester Law Centre, and as a volunteer driver for Spa Trek (now Cheltenham Community Transport). She also served for 11 years as a County Councillor for Pittville.
