Hazel has managed the organisation since 2000 and has been a staunch advocate and representative for the Voluntary Sector on numerous local and county partnerships. Prior to joining the voluntary sector 11 years ago (as head of the Voluntary Services Department at Cotswold Care Hospice) Hazel worked for 18 years as a Probation Officer including managing a Day Centre with drop in facilities for vulnerable individuals (CQSW qualified Social Worker -1976).

Tim Turton, CCT Coordinator
Tim has been involved in the voluntary sector for a number of years both in project management and service delivery. Previously he worked for a community development charity and for an energy efficiency charity. During that time he helped set up community based services for the elderly and managed a £1million grant fund. Prior to working in the charity sector Tim worked in the transport industry for a number of years following a move from the creative industries field.
Tony Stratton, Social Services Transport
Tony has recently taken up his position within CCT after moving into the Cheltenham area. Tony’s background is within the development team of a leading telecommunications company. Over the past few years he has been semi retired and was active both as a volunteer and as a paid driver for a small charity in Bristol that provided transport for wide range of disabled people.
Pauline Cook, Assistant Transport Coordinator
Pauline has worked in the Community Transport sector for over 18 years. She has invaluable experience in the day to day challenges faced by a busy transport office.
Prior to becoming involved in Community Transport issues Pauline worked in the care sector for a number of years and brings this and her other life experiences to Cheltenham Community Transport.
