WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE A WHEELCHAIR ?
Our minibuses and adapted vehicle are equipped with lifts to carry wheel chairs.
Your wheel chair will be safely clamped and you must abide by the driver's instructions for your safety.
Your wheelchair (with you in it) will need to be assessed by a member of our staff before we can transport you.
Your wheelchair must meet health and safety requirements and be transportable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED AN ESCORT ?
If you need an escort to enable you to travel safely thenn you will need to provide someone to perform this support.
Drivers are unable to act as escorts, although they will see that you are safely inside your destination.
Please inform the office when you make your booking, if you will be accompanied by an escort. Unfortunately, we will have to make the same charge for your escort.
CRB CHECKS
All our drivers have successfully undergone CRB checks.
HOW DO I PAY ?
Registration fees shopuld be sent to the office and paid by cheque or postal order if possible.
Please pay your driver the exact fare if possible; drivers may not be able to change notes. Please do not offer £10 and £20 notes.
HOW DO I REGISTER ?
Please ring the office and ask for a registration form to be sent to you.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ?
Drivers are responsible for their passengers and we will abide by their decisions regarding the safe and tolerable transportation of individuals.
We welcome any suggestions as to ways we can improve our service to its customers - please feel free to contact us.
Should you have a complaint regarding a driver or our service in general this should be sent in writing to our Transport Co-ordinator.
