SERVICES
Door to Door - 'Door to door' is a flexible transport service for individuals experiencing difficulty in accessing conventional transport. It is for older people, frail or disabled people and people experiencing a temporary mobility problem. There is an annual registration fee and a cost per journey.
Vehicles for Local Groups - For a small donation local groups are able to use our wheelchair accessible minibuses. The groups provide their own drivers who are trained by us to the recognised standard.
Special Trips - We organise and facilitate trips to different events eg. Christmas shopping, drives around the Cotswolds or trips to the coast.
Out of Area Journeys - Upon request we provide individuals with jpurneys outside of the local area. We have covered Oxford, Birmingham, Bristol and Salisbury. This could be to see a friend or for hospital appointments.
Hospital Appointments - We provide journeys for appointments to hospitals within the county, particularly Gloucester Royal and Tewkesbury.
Transport for Local Clubs - We provide a number of older persons clubs with transport for their regular meetings.
Small Vehicle Loan - Individuals or families can, for a suitable donation, borrow our accessible people carrier on a daily basis.
Vehicle Management - We have experience in managing accessible vehicles and volunteer drivers. We are available to give help and advice to organisations.
Driver Training - We are an accredited MiDAS (Minibus Driver Assessment Scheme) training agent. Groups and individuals are able to gain this nationally recognised qualification.
Contracts - We are able to tender and undertake contracts for transport provision.
